As a volunteer for over 12 years at the NHSPCA I have been witness to so many life saving moments for animals and humans. It is impossible to describe how each situation could be best handled if one has never been involved in the actual moments. To take away the opportunity to help the animals, to bring peace to the animals and safety is unlawful and truly unforgiving. They/we are VERY creative and patient with each situation. You CANNOT give ONE RULE to govern lives in these situations. I beg you to go to the NHSPCA or a shelter for a day or a few days and see how it actually works. Then I am certain you would NEVER EVER EVER support such a dangerous and harmful bill.
