HB1219 would strip the protections afforded by the requirements for vaccination of persons in several settings of public space/institutions and foster homes. Vaccines have been proven to be safe and effective and have prevented countless infections and their serious consequences. The removal of vaccination mandates and the criticism of their efficacy and safety are without any medical or scientific justification or data. The current move to prosecute exemptions are promulgated by RKF Jr and associations and represent a pre0conceived idea that are without any science. I urge you in all terms to oppose these actions as they do nothing but endanger the public. I say this as a board certified physician who practices for over 35 years.
