Inserting language into the Constitution offering any sort of special treatment for Christians is in opposition to the federal Constitution's Establishment Clause and ignores the highly diverse nature of our great nation. The language of "morality and piety" is highly subjective. Whose morality? Whose piety? Leave your religion out of my govt, please. As elected representatives, the sponsors seem to have forgotten our fine state's motto.
