I most strongly urge you to vote YES on HB 1750. The incompetancies of the federal government should not be mainly placed on the shoulders of the poorest of our communities. We should NOT be a country where hunger is a reality - and to try to live into this we must not decrease funding for SNAP but must meet the challenge that the federal regime is creating, while continuing to fight to ensure the federal government does their part to ensure hunger is ended.
