Personal Identity defines one's race, color, gender, biological sex, national origin or religion. This bill repeats past attempts to deny student access to curriculum and materials. Language in this bill is purposely vague and once again attempts to punish educators for simply teaching students. Vote NO on this bill and let teachers provide an honest education for their students without threat of legislative overreach and punishment.
