The Members of the NH Council on Developmental Disabilities believes this bill would have a negative impact on New Hampshire's disability community. We cannot be who we are and reach our potentials without fully allowing ourselves the opportunity to understand how we identify and fit into society. Diversity of thought and beliefs is a strength of the American identity, not a weakness.
