The Members of the NH Council on Developmental Disabilities believes this bill would have a positive impact on New Hampshire's disability community. Interruptions in SNAP funding can be devastating to those who rely on it to survive. Making an appropriation to cover lost funding could greatly benefit Granite Staters who need this program.
