This is ALMOST as ridiculous as the bicycle registration bill. TOTALLY UNNECESSARY and burdensome to the public. It may follow that a registration fee will be included. Afterall, something has to pay for the unconstitutional support for private and religious schools at the cost to public education. I hope these control-freak legislators are looking for another job soon. New Hampshire government has become a complete disappointment with its lack of logic and compassion.
