Tabatha Desrosiers | Support HB1817

I am a mother of one EFA recipient and 3 Charter school students. I believe all of my children should have equal access to classes, support, and sports and activities at the local school district. To charge students for participation is to deny access for many low-income families who rely on their EFA funds to pay for materials, supplies, tutoring, etc. This should not exclude them from local opportunities such as playing on a sporting team, receiving tutoring services, or joining a drama club. We should all be looking out for the best interest of EACH CHILD, and parents should be able to access resources both privately through their EFA funding, and publicly through the school district. Please support the best possible education for all children by supporting this bill. Thank you
