Greetings from Sullivan County Yes. I read the note from the DRA, the issues can be addressed. I specifically like eliminating fund retention locally, and having all funds for this obligation submitted and retained in the ETF. I find the exemptions for elderly and especially non users of education system to be compelling. This feels like a first step toward alignment of those who pay with those who receive. I might suggest exemptions for those who fund or use EFA program for an entire year.
