Simply put, not all public schools are a "good fit" for all students. This being said, the students that are not provided with the tools they specifically need and can get possibly at another school, is the best choice of opportunity. Too much we are "trapping students" into a "bad fit". Students not only deserve this, they should be granted the right to learn at a choice that "fits them" to at least have the opportunity to fully be educated to fit their learning structure. Too many public schools have one method of teaching, especially smaller rural public schools and many students are "left behind". Please look at this bill with open arms of educational opportunity for all students.
