I only dabble with work UTVs, but any trip to the Gorham Walmart will tell you recreational UTVs have gotten larger/heavier and this is a necessary change to keep up with current technology/trends. Even my work UTV which I bought from Jon Parks Tractor in Lancaster specs at 2050 pounds new. I've since added a couple hundred pounds of "stuff" to it.
