Even without this legislation and the current laws in place, I often worry that hunters may be bending the rules and/or not hunting responsibly. With a Constitutional Right granted to the public, will anyone even bother with Permits, Seasons, and such? This is like granting a Constitutional Right to drive; who needs a License? No. I am opposed to this amendment.
