I fully support this bill. Teaching children to terrorize a baby animal for "fun" is disgusting and contrary to raising children with compassion and kindness.Unless, of course, our representatives do not find value in doing so. I've witnessed children chasing and laughing as they grabbed the back legs of squealing, terrified piglets. Clearly the pigs were in pain. I told them to stop, that they were being cruel. Then I realized their Mom was standing next to me, silent. Parenting of future sociopaths.
