This bill enforces what should be standard practice for any person or institution which states its concern for the well-being and future lives of children. We already pay taxes to the school system that our children do not regularly attend. Continuing to essentially double-tax at best, or at worst, block families who are choosing an educational pathway for their children that is right for them is disingenuous to them and negatively impacts communities as a whole.
