I am writing in support of HB 1148. Each year more bodies of water in NH are being adversely impacted by Cyanobacteria blooms, forcing beach and lake closures! The impact on home values and the state economy can be devastating. It is imperative that we take steps to protect the water quality of our Lakes and ponds in NH!
