These proposed changes to this bill is a result of niumerous wrong takings of animals that did not go through the proper procedures. NH Farm Bureau has diligently worked with many groups that has interests in this law. Passing this bill will help strengthen this bill and create a clearer process with the State Vet having the full authority when dealing with livestock.
