Please ITL HCR 13. Reducing corporate $$$, lobbyists etc in politics will make politicians more responsive to the people - not term limits. It takes real time to become a skillful member of Congress - to mandate arbitrary term limits means we will have unskilled people in office, more easily manipulated by monied special interests.
