I have volunteered many years at different animal sanctuaries and animal shelters and have seen the horrors that that these poor souls receive from animal abuse, neglect and hoarding. New Hampshire for as long as I can remember is far behind other states in its laws fighting for their proper care. Isn't it bad enough that our country has turned to hate and anger that we now will turn a bllind eye to the proper care of animals that are in need. Does this state have no care or compassion towards any person or animal ? We are going backwards in the bills that are being passed that will ruin our state. I have felt that animal rights have never been strong enough from past years and now you want to pass a bill that will rob animals of any shred of hope and compassion. Give shelters more responsibility to be able to help rather than just a "storage unit".
