There is no need for this bill because it has been shown over and over again that NH does not have a voter fraud problem. We have a voter suppression problem because of bills like this. Eligible voters may be wrongly questioned or flagged and it will erode trust in the voting process. We should be doing everything possible to make sure all eligible voters have access to voting. This bill does that opposite.
