I oppose this bill. It appears to be a blatant attempt to discriminate against students who are not white and male. It also appears to be so overbroad as to be unconstitutional and will definitely invite legal challenges that will cost our state money to defend for absolutely no good reason. This will be harmful to our children and a colossal waste of taxpayer money.
