EFA should only be governed by the state, not municipalities. We have already received targeted threats from people who are misinformed regarding where EFA funding comes from who would like to see the program dissolved. It would be devastating to my family to not have access to this program simply because our town chooses to restrict us. It would not even designate the funds to the town so wouldn’t help them solve any issue in the end.
