I believe that so long as a family pays taxes into the district they live in then all said students should have equal access to classes and extracurriculars within that district. EFA funds are so minimal per student and public school should remain “free” and publicly accessible. In addition, it is important that students should be allowed to freely access these classes and sports with their community peers.
