I work with NH youth, primarily in college on civic engagement. These young people move at least once a year, out of dorms and into student housing and then into different student housing. How can they vote if a permanent address is needed? How can any person who is contemplating a move in the their lifetime vote? This is a direct attempt to disenfranchise frequent movers, young and low income folks and prevent them from voting.
