This Bill is truly critical as it requires collaboration between multiple agencies that are responsible for our Lake(s) health. Trust me as a wastewater engineer, the seeds for future blooms & cyanobacteria are already resting in the bottom sediments of our lakes. This bill will enhance coordination between many parties, which is what is EXACTLY required if we are to have the foresight to deal w/this problem for decades to come. PASS it - unanimously. .
