It is common sense to require any NH law enforcement entity that assists DHS, Border Patrol, and/or ICE to submit a quarterly report to the NH Attorney General's Office. It gives residents of N.H. some modicum of information on how our law enforcement staff are being used to assist with federal immigration enforcement, which is not a normal part of their work. It provides transparency, which is a critical part of government functioning. I support the bill and want it to be enacted into law.
