I oppose this bill.. Elevating hunting, trapping, and fishing to the position of constitutional right, right next to religious freedom and freedom of speech, is a slippery slope. This amendment promotes lethal methods as the “preferred means” of “controlling wildlife” regardless of circumstance and species. Wildlife science advances and cultural values change, so should wildlife management, this bill could interfere with rule changes and reformation of wildlife management practices,
