HB 1455 is a mis-guided retreat into the past. It ignores the benefits of renewable energy in cleaning the air, improving public health, and reducing operating costs. It ignores the opportunity to support local jobs, and avoid paying other states for fossil energy supplies. Please be sensible, and oppose HB 1455. Thank you.
