Dear Members of the committee, I oppose this bill and ask that you vote against it. The science is clear that our use of fossil fuels that produce hydrocarbons is killing our planet. Also, the mining of these fuels is ripping through some of the most pristine portions of our country, that need to be preserved. Please do not support this bill. Thank you.
