1 - This bill excludes the cheapest, safest, most and most flexible source of energy. 2- This bill will limit innovation and competition in the development of non-fossil fuels in New Hampshire. 3- While requiring all sources of energy to contain hydrocarbons, it presents continuing health and environmental hazards to the citizens of New Hampshire. This blatant attempt to appease and support the fossil fuel industry is diametrically opposed to your oaths to protect the citizens of the state. You should be ashamed!
