First of all solar energy is cheaper and getting cheaper. Solar power is an industry that WILL provide employment in NH. However, the main reason I oppose this bill is that I feel we need to make sure that future generations should be able to breathe clean air and drink clean water. Scientists have extensively studied and proclaimed the damaging effects of fossil fuels. We are fools not to believe what is right before our eyes. We have known about smog, climate change, and acid rain for decades! We now have the technology to produce cleaner energy and there is only one reason to continue using old fashioned, air/water polluting, habitat destroying fuels and that is big business MONEY. I would rather see my grandchildren breathing clean air and drinking fresh water. Please work together to move forward, not backwards, towards a sustainable earth for all. Thank you, Carolyn M. Clark
