I cannot overstate the harm this bill would cause to the men, women, and children across New Hampshire who rely on critical support services. St. Anselm College, Outreach, to name two institutions in my own town, that give so much and are actually the heart of our community! The New Hampshire Center for Nonprofits all stand firmly opposed to this legislation—and I stand with them, unequivocally, in strong opposition.
