In 2025 the AMA recognized fragrance sensitivities as a disability in regulation H-135.902. This regulation "encourages health care facilities,(and) government agencies...to adopt and promote fragrance-free policies that recommend individuals avoid or limit use of fragrances and support the use of fragrance free products". My organization has a membership that ranges from Canada to California. Please pass this bill so all of us can breathe freely without adverse effects .
