New Hampshire citizens and those passing through our state need to trust our local and state law enforcement. When ICE operates in secret, people start to lose trust. Therefore, accountability is needed, which is why I support HB1364, which would require quarterly reports from counties, municipalities, or other political subdivisions that enter into agreements with the federal government concerning assistance with ICE.
