It makes no sense to divert money from nonprofits doing important necessary work in our state -- work that the public does not have to pay for with taxes. They will provide less of the needed services - some which are filling in for cuts that state already made in the services offered by state agencies -- so there is a double impact of the wellbeing of our state. It's not a solution - it will create a bunch of new problems. If the state needs more revenue start with - stop cutting taxes!! So far the businesses tax cuts made have not produced concommitant growth -- mostly it's just reduced state funds. And then you pass costs down to towns or in this case nonprofits. STOP PASSING THE BUCK!
