This bill attempts to "greenwash" hydrocarbons as clean energy. It limits New Hampshire's energy future to the bill's authors' prejudicial view of energy production. We shouldn't be mandating fossil fuel use! It excludes the cheapest sources of energy like wind and solar. It will limit innovation, hinder competition, and cost jobs and livelihoods. It will just increase the cost of already high cost electricity. The committee should vote NO!
