There are so many non profit/charitable organizations this bill will do catastrophic financial damage to if it passes. If these organizations suddenly incur tens of thousands of dollars in property taxes, they may not survive and will have to shut down. What a disservice that would be to those who benefit from them. There must be a better way to raise revenue.
