Charter schools should not be getting funding ahead of public schools, particularly as not only are public school are unconstitutionally underfunded and so many public schools are on a waiting list for desperately needed funds. FUND PUBLIC SCHOOLS FIRST. I oppose this bill, both as a community member and as a school board member individually.
