As someone who suffers from allergies and headaches triggered by fragrances, I support this bill. Places with fragrance are generally off limits due to these health issues, yet, certain spaces are both necessary to access and as a citizen I also have a right to access state buildings for business. Fragrance creates a barrier to these necessary places. Prohibiting the use of these products in state buildings would make access to these places easier without causing ill health effects.
