After 4 years in family court I was appalled to learn that no law is followed and judges may grant any motions to their choosing. Court orders, laws and human rights are completely ignored and no one is able to hold the judges accountable for their lack of responsibility. Before one of my hearings I had asked my judge in Jaffrey NH to state his judicial oath before beginning. He declined. And pushed forward on the hearing.
