Please vote yes for HB 1364. It is essential that all that can be done to insure accountability - must be done. That involves clear pathways for investigation as well as transparency regarding results of the review of actions by law enforcement. Justice and the rule of law cannot be insured in darkness. There have been too many mistakes, too many who have been illegally detained, too much brutality and violence, and now too many deaths. Please support HB 1364.
