I am a retired veterinarian who has volunteered/supported UpReach Therapeutic Riding Center in Goffstown for several years. It is a very well run facility with caring staff who work for love not compensation.. Passing this bill will not only devastate all the “students” who have benefited greatly but also displace all the equines who are contributing in their senior years. Please vote “no”.
