Non-profits provide many services to the general public, health and safety. Taxing those Associations if property value is over $1,000,000 can cause real harm to those non-profits. Many of these properties have been owned for a long time and have appreciated over time. THey most likely would not to be sold for a profit as a property owner who would ear capital gain and they would lose their location where they provide may services. Childcare, food pantries, Land preservation, Lake protection would all be at risk. Please veto
