As the burden of running the state falls more to the property owners, and as most of us live in homes valued at less than $800,000 because, you know, we are not wealthy - just trying to live our lives in the state - it must be apparent that we need some relief and that others are able to carry the burden easier than we can. This bill would provide necessary relief for those who need it and school funding can remain at the same levels. This is the sort of legislature residents need to see more of.
