At this time it is essential that local control over states and municipalities remain local. ICE agents have shown that they do not have the training and the knowledge needed to uphold the laws of this state and of this country. There must be oversight and participation by local people including the Attorney General so that voters can be sure that NH citizens are afforded their due process if ICE is acting within NH.
