Seems like every year or two, I have to submit testimony for a bill that threatens collective bargaining and unions. This bill does nothing for the people of New Hampshire. It is anti-union, pure and simple. It will erode the wages and working conditions of hardworking Granite Staters. Furthermore, it fails to address the critical issues facing our state - affordability, state funding adequacy for education, housing, etc. Please defeat HB 1704!
