I fully support HB1142. Allowing unidentified, masked agents to anonymously abduct NH residents would be reprehensible. This practice opens the door for anyone, especially those without any authority to be able to frighten, intimidate and even abuse and accost anyone at anytime, anywhere in our state and who would be able to know if that individual is a legitimate and authorized agent or some random thug. I beseech the committee to pass this bill.
