As the Epping business community continues to grow, especially along the 125 corridor, it is time for the residents of Epping to realize the tax benefits of this bill to our local property taxes. As stated in the bill, business tax breaks have far exceeded property tax breaks.....in fact since moving to New Hampshire my property taxes have only gone upwards, while business tax rates have lowered. It is time that local property owners throughout New Hampshire get a tax break.
