As a retired NH public school teacher, I vehemently oppose this bill. This is unnecessary legislative overreach. Public schools that host exchange students often display the flags of those students howl countries as a courtesy and recognition. When students or their family members are overseas for travel, educational, or work reasons, it's common for the school to post a flag as a reminder and discussion starter. Perhaps the legislature would better serve us all by expending its energies on FUNDING SCHOOLS and leaving the micromanagement to the professionals we pay to run our schools.
