I am respectfully requesting that you oppose bill HB1255, for the following reasons: - This bill greatly lowers the threshold for defining corruption, creating a framework that is easily weaponized for political retribution. - This bill chills free speech by intimidating individuals and discouraging lawful ability to freely contribute to campaigns without fear of retaliation or selective enforcement.
